The Covid-19 Pandemic affected many industries especially the teaching/learning industries. In the early part a lot of discussion was made as to how to continue the education of the students at Colombo Institute of Theologians, both male and female section.
We adopted the online teaching/learning method early on and Alhamdulillah (All praises are due to God) saw favorable responses from both students and faculty. Seeing the success of the online approach, we are hopeful of starting Islamic courses from CIT in the online format in the future InshaAllah (God willing).
A sincere thanks goes to all the faculty members and students who invested their own money in making sure the connectivity of the internet connection was maintained and thereby the spiritual connection strengthened.
